These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of soulcraftsystems.com and related SoulCraft Systems web pages (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Informational site; no guaranteed engagement

Site content is for general information. It is not a bid, contract, engineering stamp, code inspection, or promise that we will accept every project. Availability, scope, pricing, brands, and timelines depend on site conditions, product availability, permitting, and a written agreement.

Estimates and requests

Submitting an estimate or contact request is an inquiry, not a booked appointment and not an accepted job. We may follow up by phone, email, or text using the contact details you provide. A binding project starts only when both parties agree in a proposal, work order, or other written contract that states scope, price, and terms.

Pricing and “free estimate” language

Any pricing shown on the Site is illustrative unless confirmed in writing. Consultation or estimate visits may be complimentary, paid, or credited toward work depending on the request type and what we agree in advance. Travel, diagnostic, design, or assessment fees—if any—will be disclosed before you authorize that work.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate contact and project information and not to misuse forms (including spam, automated submissions, or someone else’s personal data without permission).

Intellectual property

Site text, branding, photos, layout, and other materials are owned by SoulCraft Systems or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission, except for reasonable personal reference or fair use allowed by law.

Third-party services and brands

The Site may reference third-party products (for example audio, networking, lighting, or security brands) and may embed or link to third-party tools. Those brands and tools remain the property of their owners. Mentions do not always mean sponsorship or exclusive partnership.

No professional advice beyond our engagement

Nothing on the Site is legal, insurance, structured-cabling engineering, or life-safety advice for your specific property. Follow manufacturer instructions, local codes, and licensed professionals as required. Alarm/monitoring, electrical, and network outcomes depend on equipment, configuration, ISP service, and conditions outside our control unless a signed scope says otherwise.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOULCRAFT SYSTEMS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR SITE-RELATED CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). THIS LIMIT DOES NOT AFFECT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND IT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY LIMIT LIABILITY under a separate signed project contract, which controls for that project.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SoulCraft Systems harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.

Changes

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when Terms change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from Site use, except where prohibited by law.
