Benefits

Reliable Wi-Fi, Matched to the Property

The Right Platform for the Job

We design networks around how the building is used — not a one-brand pitch. For most homes and small commercial spaces we often use eero. For medium and larger commercial sites, multi-AP layouts, or heavier device density, we design on UniFi.

Apps You Can Actually Live With

Whichever platform fits, you get clear app control for speeds, device access, and basic troubleshooting — without needing a ticket for every small change.

Wi-Fi First, Everything Else Second

Every smart device, camera, streamer, and work laptop depends on a solid network. We tell clients to get networking right before stacking more gadgets on a weak foundation.

Support When You Need It

After install, we can help remotely on supported platforms when something drops — and come on-site when the problem needs hands on the gear.

FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions about Networking & WiFi

Get answers to common questions about our networking services.

Why not just use the router from my internet provider?
ISP routers are designed for average homes. They can't handle 50+ smart devices, streaming on multiple TVs, and whole-house coverage. A professional system is a different league.
Do you offer ongoing support after installation?
Yes. We stand behind our work with ongoing support to keep your network running smoothly. SoulCraft Services also covers day-to-day tech support and Network Care when you need a support plan rather than a full redesign.
eero or UniFi — which do you recommend?
It depends on the property. eero is often the cleanest fit for residential and small commercial. UniFi is usually the better foundation for medium-to-large commercial spaces, multi-building sites, or heavier device/VLAN needs. We'll recommend based on floor plan, device count, and how the space is used — not a brand loyalty test.
What's the difference between mesh Wi-Fi and access points?
Consumer-friendly mesh systems like eero are great for most homes. For larger properties or heavy usage, a designed access-point system (often UniFi) provides more capacity, cleaner wired backhaul, and finer control.
Do you run Ethernet cables?
Yes. We run Cat6/Cat6a Ethernet to TVs, offices, gaming setups, APs, and any device that benefits from a wired connection.
