Why Us

Why Builders Trust SoulCraft for Low-Voltage Pre-Wire

We Show Up and We Communicate

We coordinate with your schedule, show up when we say we will, and keep you informed at every phase. No chasing us down, no surprises, no holding up other trades.

Homes That Sell Themselves

Today's buyers expect smart home infrastructure. A properly pre-wired home gives you a real selling point — and we help you present that value to your clients.

We Know Both Sides of the Wall

Our team understands electrical and low voltage inside and out. That means fewer conflicts during rough-in, cleaner installs, and a smoother build from start to finish.

Make Your Builder Brand Stronger

When your buyers move in to a home that's wired right and technology-ready, that reflects on you. We make you look good by delivering work you can stand behind.

For the room-by-room runs to settle before drywall, use the low-voltage prewire checklist.

What we prewire

We plan and run the low-voltage wire a modern home needs, and bring it all back to one rack:

  • Network cable for Wi-Fi access points, TVs, offices and the rack
  • TV walls, including power and a path for future cables
  • In-ceiling and outdoor speaker wire for whole-home music
  • Camera, doorbell and alarm runs
  • Shade power and pockets for motorized shades
  • Backing and power for wall-mounted home hubs and keypads
  • Satellite internet runs on lake and mountain lots

The prewire checklist walks through it room by room.

Planned before drywall

The best time to bring us in is at plans and selections, before framing. We mark device locations on the plans, then walk the framed house with you to confirm. If a wall moved or a window changed, we adjust before a single wire is pulled. That is how the finished home looks clean: no surface cable, no patched walls, no surprises at trim.

Design that buyers understand

Buyers ask about smart home features. We help you explain them in plain words. A clear scope shows what is wired, where it goes and what can be added later. Your sales team gets something easy to walk through, and your buyers get home technology that just works.

Electrical and low voltage, one crew

We are licensed for low voltage in Georgia (LVT305289) and North Carolina (SP.FA/LV.37584), and we also offer electrical services. One team on both sides of the wall means fewer conflicts and one call for changes.

Questions builders ask about prewire

What if the plans change during the build?

They usually do. That is why we walk the framed house before we pull wire. Moving a box at framing takes minutes. Moving it after drywall takes a day.

Do you label everything?

Yes. Every run is labeled at both ends and brought back to the rack, so trim-out is quick and the next person to work on the house can follow it.

Can you match a standard package across our homes?

Yes. Many builders like a simple standard package with clear upgrades. We help you set one up and keep it the same from house to house.

Who sets up the gear at the end?

We do. After paint, we install the Wi-Fi, music, TVs, cameras and lighting the buyer chose, then show them how it works.
