This Lake Rabun house is new construction. The photos are the prewire and the speaker openings, not a furnished home. The great-room ceiling is about 30 feet, from the tech's note on the job. The main wire trunk lands in the mechanical room.
In-ceiling surround speakers are in the living room, with more in-ceiling speakers in the kitchen and dining area and in the main bedroom. Covered-porch speakers are upstairs and on the lower level. Outdoor speakers sit at header height above the windows.
An access point is in the office. Security on this house is a Ring camera under the soffit, a doorbell camera, and contact closures on the doors.
