Easy the Hour You Walk In

A Lake Burton house should not be a project you finish on Friday night. Home automation, for the way these houses are used, means the lights are already right, the music can reach the dock, and the cameras have been watching the doors since you left.

We keep the product list short on purpose. Sonos, Lutron, Ring, eero, Starlink. Fewer boxes fail less often, and you are not here to babysit them.

Water and weather

Docks, Boathouses, and a Freeze

Wi-Fi and audio have to be designed out to the dock and the boathouse, not hoped for. Speakers and any gear near the water have to tolerate spray, sun and a winter shutdown. Flood and freeze sensors belong on the same plan as the cameras.

The rack stays in the conditioned house. A boathouse is a place for weather-rated speakers, not for the network core.

Project photos (optional, but they help a lot)

Photos help us a lot. If you want the fastest, most accurate quote, send photos of the spaces or equipment you're asking about: the room, the wall where the TV goes, your current rack or router, the outside of the house.

Up to 15 photos, 25 MB each. iPhone (HEIC) photos are fine.

If you have floor plans, send them. Plans let us do much more, and they often give us a near-instant idea of scope. Large files are fine.
